The Director of HR, who was always pretty nice to me, asked,

“Do you want to renew your contract?”

And I said, “No. I have plans.”

Plans? I wasn’t entirely sure what those plans were.

I just knew I wanted to be free from that corporate cage and do something with my natural gifts—
coaching and writing.

In fact, I had already started writing my first book in my free time at work. I knew the pain of deadlines, work pressure, long hours, and, most importantly, the pain of being in the wrong job—one that made me do what I wasn’t great at.

As I experienced this scarcity-driven corporate culture, my passion and desire grew to transform it into abundant workplaces where everyone is valued, makes lots of money, and does what they’re truly great at.

I’m not saying everyone should leave their corporate job and start a business. But… this corporate space can be transformed from a golden cage to a thrilling place where we do what we love, have time to pursue our passions, and make a lot of money while enjoying peace of mind.

I wrote a few books, soaked myself in personal and professional excellence, and worked hard to serve my purpose in the corporate world.

But you know what?

It took me years to realize that hard work doesn’t pay off.

I wasn’t making money. I sold my car, sold any assets I had, and even borrowed money from my family.

If you’re not making significant money in your business, it’s not a business—it’s a hobby or just an escape from what you don’t want to do.

People started telling me I should quit and go back to my corporate job. But things didn’t turn around for me until I hired my first coach.

That’s when I learned about money mindset and the importance of high self-worth.

I remember telling my coach,

“I want to make $100k this year.”

And she said, “You definitely can. In fact, much more than that.”

And that’s when things got interesting!

I learned new ways of looking at my business, leveraging everything I had.

I infused the right intentions and energy into my business and changed a lot of things I was doing the ‘old traditional’ way.

So.. What I do.. And how I do that?

I work with CXOs and founders of small to mid IT businesses and make them double or even triple their business revenue in just 12 months, by 1) seeing a big FEARLESS vision of their business, 2) aligning their mindset and energy to that vision, and 3) thriving in their zone of genius while delegating the rest to the people in their teams according to their own zones of genius.

Simple. Right?

It’s actually much simpler and easier than you think. It’s just about being open to new ideas and ways to do business, and willing to trust and implement those new ideas and ways to do business.
