An Insane Activity that can make Miracles Happen in your Life 

Today, what I am going to let you into is a little secret that was the beginning of a new dawn for me. If I trace back in time, all good luck started with a miraculous activity that I am going to share with you in the next moment.

Why people struggle constantly?

This is a question that most of us keep trying to figure out. Many find the answers, get the awakening, and move ahead to see “really great, worth having stuff” and experience, in all ways, an enriching and fulfilling life. Unfortunately, most get lost on the way and, despite facing struggle after struggle, never ever land up in the life changing scenarios.

This is How I Got the Way Out

When I first got the book “the Secret” on a friend’s recommendation, I was so lost in my own miserable everyday routine that concentrating on reading a book was like an impossible task. But by this time, I was so sick and tired of getting through those “rough and painful days” that I somehow forced myself into reading a small part of this book every night before I went to sleep. 

As I was reading the pages on power of Gratitude, something inside me inspired me to try this trick just before believing any more stuff written in the book.

Next day, I reminded me of it. Pulled out a sheet of paper, wrote “What I am Grateful for this day” at the top of it, and kept it in my bag before I left for work.

That entire day, this sheet was lying on a side of my desk with a pen ready to write in it, JUST EVERY HOUR, what was good in my life. Though my state of mind was completely taken over by the unwanted circumstances and undesirable situations, I still managed to find at least one thing that was going good in those tough times, and feel the positive effect of that “good element” for a minute. I started this activity at 9 A.M, and wrote the last item immediately before going to bed.

The Result

And guess what? That night was easier. I slept better. When I woke up the following day, I was feeling smoother. That good feeling gave me a kick to repeat that act once again. I did the same, the 2nd, and even the 3rd day. It was so magical that my mind that was earlier dwelling only on the “pain points” started getting positive sparks. My performance at work drastically improved. I could make certain firm decisions that I had been avoiding, to revamp my Career. Life took a huge turn, and REST IS HISTORY.

This simple challenge gave me a big push into my lovely future, and I am so proud of it. But, don’t just believe me without trying it for yourself.
